摘　　要：目的了解乳胶增强免疫比浊法检测血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)的优越性和临床应用前景。方法对检测血清IgE的免疫比浊法和酶标免疫(EIA)法进行重复性试验、线性范围试验和回收试验的比较,采用两种方法平行检测76例过敏性疾病患者血清IgE含量进行相关性分析,并用免疫比浊法检测48例正常人血清IgE含量。结果两种方法都有较好的重复性,但免疫比浊法明显优于EIA法;免疫比浊法和EIA法具有良好的相关性(R=0.9927,p<0.001=,相关方程Y=1.01X+11.5;回收率均在95%以上,免疫比浊法略高于EIA法;免疫比浊法的线性范围(10~1500IU/mL)较EIA法(<1200μg/L=要宽;免疫比浊法检测血清IgE的参考范围为10~120IU/mL。结论免疫比浊法检测血清IgE的准确性和精确度都明显优于EIA法;具有敏感性高、稳定性好、方便快速的优点,适宜在有自动化生化分析仪的医院推广使用。Objective To evaluate the advantage and clinical application of measuring of serum IgE with Latex-enhanced Immunoturbidimetry. Methods The serum IgE concentrations of 76 clinical specimens were analyzed by Immunoturbidimetry and EIA, the parameters like precision,calibration curve stability,dilution recovery were determined,the results and the relativity between the two methods were compared,and the serum IgE concentrations of 48 normal persons were detected.Results Althought there was good repeativity and correlation between the two methods,correlation coefficient(R=0.9927,p<0.001=,The recovery rate were above 95%,the Immunoturbidimetry appeared to have higher the recovery rate than that of the EIA,the linearity of Immunoturbidimetry(10～1500IU/mL)was wider than that of the EIA(<1200μg/L=,and immunoturbidimetry method’s reference range was 10 to 120IU/mL. Conclusions The accuracy and precision of Immunoturbidimetry were better than that of the EIA,So it will be used all hospital which have automated analyzer.
