图书馆藏借阅一体化模式的探索

摘　　要：文章分析了图书馆藏借阅一体化模式的特点,以及藏借阅一体化模式在人文、效率、成本及馆藏资源集成等方面所体现的价值,由此进一步从思想观念、制度建设、问题的解决、人力资源的组织以及评价工作等方面阐述了基于图书馆借阅一体化模式下的管理理念、方法及措施。This paper introduces the features of the model of collection-circulation-reading integration in the library,analyzes its value in humanities,efficiency,cost and integration of collection sources,and discusses the model—based management idea,method and measures from aspects of idea,construction of systems,solution of problems,organization of personnel resources and assessment.
