摘　　要：法制新闻是中国法制建设不可缺少的一个环节,长时期以来在我国普法工作中起到着至关重要的作用。但是法制新闻的现状还不能尽如人意,还需要从多个角度切入,凸显其个性、指导性、趣味性和接近性;进一步加强资源的开掘和内涵的提升,从而在一个更大的空间里体现出其特殊的社会作用。As an indispensable part of the process of Chinese legislation, legislative news plays an important role in the prevalence of laws. The present situation of this kind of program, however, is not satisfying and needs further improvement. In order to exert its social function better, we should fully recognize the importance of this program, explore the rich resources, and display the features of this kind of news from different perspectives so as to make it more instructive, interesting and accessible.
