摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT透视导引经皮肺结节穿刺活检的临床应用价值。方法:22例未经病理或影像确诊的肺结节行多层螺旋CT透视导引下穿刺活检。所有病例均行组织细胞学检查,分析穿刺活检的成功率、病理确诊率、以及穿刺的并发症。结果:22例患者中,经病理确诊恶性肿瘤12例(其中原发肿瘤10例,转移瘤2例),良性病变9例,一例因组织较少而无法完成病理诊断。并发气胸2例,未作特殊处理。结论:多层螺旋CT透视导引穿刺活检对肺结节的定性诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical application of multispiral CT fluoroscopy-guided transthoracic needle biopsy in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.Methods Multispiral CT fluoroscopy-guided transthoracic needle biopsy were performed on 22 patients in which the pulmonary nodules were not confirmed by clinical and imaging diagnoses.All of the specimens were examined cytologically and histologically.The success rate of puncture,accurate diagnosis rate,and complications were analyzed.Results 12 cases were mali...
