摘　　要：目的:建立一种快速、方便、准确的方法测定卡马西平血药浓度。方法:用RP-HPLC法测定卡马西平血药浓度。结果:线性范围1.0—20μg/mL,最低检测浓度0.02μg/mL,回归方程C=0.0422R─0.2565,r=0.9998,回收率为101.6%,日内、日间精密度分别为3.5%—4.2%和4.2%—5.0%。结论:本法准确、快速,回收率高,适合临床上血药浓度检测。Objective To establish a rapid,convenient and accurate method to determine the concentration of carbamazepine in human plasma.Methods The concentration of carbamazepine was determined by RP—HPLC.Results The linearity range was 1.0—20μg/mL with a regressive equation of C=0.0422R─0.2565,r=0.9998.respectively.The intra—day RSD of and the inter—day RSD were 3.5%—4.2% and 4.2%—5.0% respectively.The relative recoveries carbamazepine were 101.6%.Conclusion The method is accurate and rapid and suitable for determin...
