摘　　要：目的:对171例手足口病的临床特征、治疗转归加以总结。方法:对2008年4月至8月收治的171例手足口病患儿的临床作回顾性分析。结果:手足口病好发于4岁以下婴幼儿,皮疹以手、足、口为著,所有病例经及时、早期治疗,均获痊愈,未出现严重并发症。结论:手足口病可形成大规模流行,但只要及时、早期治疗,预后良好。Objective To summarise the clinical characteristics,treatment and prognosis of 171 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods To make clinical retrospective analysis from April 2008 to August of the treated 171 cases of hand,foot and mouth diseases in children.Results The hand,foot and mouth disease occurred in infants under the age of 4.The rash occurred mainly in hand,foot and mouth.All cases were cured after early treatment with no serious complications.Conclusion The hand,foot and mouth disease can fo...
