高效液相色谱测定复方硝酸益康唑乳膏中尼泊金酯的含量

摘　　要：用乙醇-水作流动相,建立了同时测定复方硝酸益康唑乳膏中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和丙酯的高效液相色谱方法,分析柱为Hyper oD sc C18(250mm×4mm,i.d)色谱柱,流动相:乙醇:水=45:55,流速为0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长为254 nm,回收率为94.92%~107.42%。经测定,复方硝酸益康唑乳膏中尼泊金甲酯、丙酯质量分数分别为1.97‰(g.g-1)、0.950‰(g.g-1),含量测定重复性RSD分别为0.62%、1.5%。HPLC was applied to the determination of Parabens in the compound econazole nitrate cream.The Hyper oDsc C18(250mm×4mm,i.d) was used as the stationary phase,and a mixed solution of ethanol-water in the ratio of 45 to 55(by volume) was used as the mobile phase..UV-detection at the wavelength of 254 nm was used.The flow-rate of mobile phase was 0.8mL·min-1.Recovery were tested in the range of 94.92%~107.42%.Through determining,1.97‰(g.g-1) Methyl Paraben and 0.95‰(g.g-1) propyl Paraben were found in the Compo...
