摘　　要：目的:探讨GSS-Ⅱ型系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折的效果。方法:对27例胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者施行后路手术GSS-Ⅱ型椎弓根钉系统撑开、复位、固定,同时行横突间、关节突植骨。结果:27例随访6~30个月,无断钉断棒,伤椎术前后高度及椎管狭窄较术前有显著改善(P<0.01)。11例有脊髓损伤患者中,神经功能恢复按Fraukel分级评定,10例分别提高2~3级,1例A级无变化。结论:GSS-Ⅱ型系统治疗胸腰椎爆裂骨折,操作简单,复位固定效果满意。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of GSS-Ⅱpedicle screw system in the treatment of thoracolumbar burst fracture.Methods A total of 27 cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture were operated on with GSS-Ⅱ screw system through posterior approach to provide spreading,reduction and fixation.The bilateral posterolateral bone-graft spinal fusion was also done at the same time.Results The 27 patients were followed up for 6 to 30 months.The heights of compressed vertebral body and the cross spinal were significan...
