血小板参数MPV、PDW等在肾综合症出血热诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板参数——血小板数量(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)等在肾综合症出血热(HFRS)患者中的变化及其临床意义。方法:选取HFRS患者53例和正常对照组30名,采用F-820血细胞分析仪测定血小板参数PLT、MPV、PDW,并用统计学方法(t检验)对数据进行处理。结果:HFRS患者PLT明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而MPV、PDW明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:血小板参数PLT、MPV、PDW在辅助诊断HFRS中有一定临床价值。Objective Discussion blood platelet parameter-blood platelet quantity(PLT),average blood platelet volume(MPV),blood platelet volume distribution width(PDW) and so on in HFRS patient's change and clinical significance.Methods Selects the HFRS patient 53 examples and normal control group 30,uses F-820 blood corpuscle analyzer determination blood platelet parameter PLT,MPV,PDW,and(the T-test) carries on the analysis with the statistical method to the data.Results HFRS patient PLT is lower than the normal contr...
