摘　　要：随着高速公路的不断发展,工程建设中对项目管理的要求越来越高。本文依据项目管理的基本概念和原理,简要地介绍了河北省石(家庄)黄(骅)高速公路机电项目管理模式、先进经验和方案设计等。With the rapid development of express way, the requirements of project managing are higher and-higher in the construction process. This essay briefly introduces the basic concept and importance of project managing. And it also introduces the managing mode and some advanced experience of Hebei express way project managing.
