摘　　要：斯蒂芬·欧文对“牧女之歌”的分析体现其诗学观念的一贯主张:诗既表现欲望,又压制欲望,诗是语言的严肃的游戏。欧文关于诗歌既反叛社会又与社会妥协的两面性的分析有着深厚的西方文艺思想基础。The analysis on Pastourelle by Professor Stephen Owen embodies his consistent ideas of poetics: poetry both expresses and suppresses the desire, and poetry is a ‘serious play’ of words. His analysis of the dualism of the poetry has a deep foundation of western aesthetics.
