摘　　要：Using the discrete Calderon type reproducing formula and the PlancherelPolya characterization for the Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces, the T1 theorem for the Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces was proved.Using the discrete Calderon type reproducing formula and the Plancherel-Polya characterization for the Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces, the T1 theorem for the Besov and Triebel-Lizorkin spaces was proved.
