摘　　要：结合各国国内立法、国际航运公约以及最新的《运输法草案》的相关内容,通过对贸易法上买方的拒收权、运输合同的性质以及航运实践进行分析,对运输合同下收货人是否有必须提货的义务进行了探讨。Grounded with the relevant contents of civil laws of different countries, international conventions of carriage of goods by sea and the latest Draft Transport Law, considering sufficiently the right of buyer to reject goods under trading laws, the nature of contract of carriage and shipping practice, this article makes a tentative discussion on the question whether consignee should be obliged to take delivery of goods under contract of carriage.
