摘　　要：海上危险货物运输事故频频发生,多数由托运人过错引起。拟结合国内外案例,系统阐述托运人托运危险货物的义务和责任。Accidents happened frequently in the carriage of dangerous goods by sea, most of which were caused by the fault of shippers. This article goes deep into shipper's obligations and liabilities on the shipment of dangerous goods.
