摘　　要：邓小平法制思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,是我国依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的根本指导思想。我国监狱机关,在邓小平法制思想引领下,法制建设取得重大成果。进入新世纪,我们要与时俱进,推进监狱工作法制化、科学化、社会化进程,使监狱工作法制建设与时代发展相同步,与国家的法制建设相协调,与不断创新的现代法制理念相吻合,建立全新的监狱管理体制、全新的劳动改造组织形式、全新的教育改造模式,进一步完善中国特色社会主义监狱制度。Deng Xiaoping's legality thought is important Part of Deng Xiaoping Theory, which is our basic directing thought to administrate our country with law and build socialist country. Directed by Deng Xiaoping's Legality thought, China prisons make great achievements in legal construction. In the new century , we should improve the prison work with legality, Science and socialization, keep the work matching the world development, legal system construction of the state, as well as the reforming legal thought. We should build new prison administrative system, new form of transform through labour, and make new improvement in constructing Prison system with Chinese characteristics.
