摘　　要：三峡工程安全监测的管理和监理采用了组建工程安全监测中心实行统一管理、专业监理的新型模式。经过10年的探索和实践,在安全监测的质量、进度和投资控制、合同及信息管理等方面取得了良好的效果,建筑物的安全状况得到有效的监测,为中国大型水电工程安全监测的管理和监理探索出一条新思路。The safety monitoring centre, a new pattern organization, is set up to perform unified management and specialized supervision about safety monitoring of TGP. The practice experience over last 10 years shows that good effect on controlling quality, progress, investment of project, and on management of contracts and information are achieved. Now, the safety condition of hydraulic structures is under effective monitoring; a new idea on this task of large hydroproject in China is sought out.
