摘　　要：清江公司坚持“环境保护与流域开发同步进行”的指导思想,通过系统规划、科学设计、文明施工、综合治理等多种措施,有效扩大了环境容量,促进了水电开发与生态保护和谐发展,实现了清江流域可持续开发。The idea that river Valley development should keep same pace with environmental protection is persisted as guidence in Qingjiang Hydropower Development Company,Sustained development of Qingjiang valley depends upon the extension of environmental capability through systematic plan,scientific design,civilized construction and comprehensive regulation etc.,ecological environmental protection is a long-term work,Qingjiang Hydropower Development Company will make new effort to over come the difficulties of fund insufficiency and water pollution,and make new effort to promote coordinated growth of hydropower construction and ecological protection.
