高校课外体育活动现状探析

摘　　要：通过对部分学生参加课外体育活动的调查实况,对高校学生参加课外活动的认知态度、活动形式、锻炼时间、场地器材使用等进行理性分析,提出深化高校体育教学改革、提高课外活动的管理水平的方法。This paper is a survey of many college students′ participation in extracurricular sports activities .Based on reasonable analysis of their attitudes,forms of activities ,training time and sports equipment etc,some feasible solutions are suggested here to further college P.E.teaching reform and to improve the management of collegial extracurricular sports activities.
