摘　　要：本文描述了某教学楼工程桩基在做静载荷试验的过程中出现的一些质量问题,并对这些质量问题的成因做了归纳、分析和总结。在此基础上提出了解决这些质量问题的方案和措施。对处理方案进行复测表明:处理结果比较成功。This article describes some quality questions during the test of dead load in pile engineering about a teaching and studying building, and then analyzes and concludes the reasons of these problems and then gives some plans and methods to solve them. It shows that the plans and methods are correct.
