摘　　要：“学为人师, 行为世范”。教师的职责是育人, 牢固树立“以人为本”的理念, 不断提高自身的业务和政治素质, 满腔热情地关爱学生, 才能达到既教书又育人的目的, 做一名合格的学生爱戴的教师。To be a qualified and beloved teacher, one needs to establish the value that students are the most important, to care for the students with love, to upgrade professional traits, to instruct like a great educator and then to behave as a model.
