摘　　要：简要总结了近几年我们在“地球化学”课程教学中的教学改革与实践。主要从实习课的改革、考试内容和方式的改革以及建立地球化学思维等方面进行探索,为今后的教学改革积累了经验。怎样从训练转到教育,始终是大学教育和教师要深思的问题,因为只有这样,才能产生最优秀的学生。The authors briefly summarize the practice and reform in the course of geochemistry teaching in recent years, including the reform of practice course, the reform of the content and examination form, and building of geochemistry thinking mode and so on. The practice can accumulate experience and be used for reference for future teaching and reform of the course. It has been a problem needed for teacher to think how to transform higher education from training into educating. Only this, can the best students be cultivated.
