反倾销保护对进口国福利水平的影响

摘　　要：反倾销已成为国际上惯用的保护手段,然而,反倾销措施对于其实施国(进口国)的福利水平到底有何影响?本文通过对三种情况的分析,考察了反倾销保护对进口国福利水平的影响程度。第一种情况,对某一种产品征收反倾销税所引发的福利水平的变化;第二种情况,对以上提及的产品的垂直关联产品提供反倾销保护所引起的福利水平的变化;第三种情况,因征收反倾销税而引发的跨越性投资效应所引起的福利水平的变化。并对这三种情况进行了综合分析。Anti-dumping has been the usual way to protect the native economy to a country in the world. However, how does this method affect the welfare of the country using the way---- the import countries﹖ In this article, the affection of antidumping to the import country is investigated through the analysis to three situation; 1.the changings of welfare because of the levy of anti-dumping duty to a product; 2.the changings of welfare because of the levy of anti-dumping duty to the vertical relationship product of the above mentioned product; 3.the changings of welfare led by the transnational investment effect because of the levy of anti-dumping duty. And it also analyzes the three situations comprehensively.
