摘  要:引信延期解除保险性能涉及弹丸战斗部的安全距离,引信空炸或自毁时间上限又涉及弹丸战斗部安全炸高。安全距离和安全炸高的分析计算都要求给出对人员零伤亡概率条件下的弹药破片判据。根据《引信环境与性能试验方法》标准所给出的临界破片侵彻深度,利用别列金公式分析得出了零伤亡概率条件下的弹药破片判据,即破片质量与速度的临界关系。由破片杀伤判据标准等文献也得出了零伤亡概率条件下的弹药破片质量与速度的临界关系。这些关系式表明:特大型破片安全判据采用了速度判据,大型破片安全判据采用了能量判据,而小型破片安全判据则采用了比动能判据或接近于比动能判据。The arming delay performance of fuze involves the safe separation distance for explosion of warhead, and the ultimate time of air-burst or self-destruction of fuze involves the safe height for explosion of warhead. The analysis to the safe distance and the safe height for explosion of warhead both desire to know the criteria of warhead fragment of zero casualty probability. According to the penetration depths of critical fragments provided in the standard 《Fuze environmental and performance test methods》, by making use of Bieliejin formula, the criteria of warhead fragment of zero casualty probability is given, which is critical relations of fragment mass and velocity, which is also available according to some literatures such as the standards for fragment wounding criteria. These relations make known: oversize fragment safety criterion depends on velocity, large fragment safety criterion depends on energy, while small-size fragment safety criterion depends on ratio of kinetic energy to area.
