摘　　要：On April 7, 2005, the Party secretaries and mayorsfrom Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Yingkou,Liaoyang and Tieling grasped each other’s hands, raisingtogether. That means the Shenyang Economic Areaformed by the big seven cities in the central part ofLiaoning Province. Within the radius of 150 kilometers,centered by Shenyang City, there are six big cities, thatis, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Yingkou, Liaoyang, andTieling.
