摘　　要：Yingkou is the sole seaport city in the sevencentral cities (Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi,Liaoyang, Tieling, and Yingkou) of Liaoning Provinceand it is an important part in the construction ofShenyang Economic Area (SYEA for short). Yingkoushould base on the SYEA, play its superiority, speedup its development, consolidate its function, and makemore contributions to the SYEA.The throughput of Yingkou Port got to 59.77million tons last year. To the year 2007, the throughputwill get to 100 million tons; and 200 million to the year2008.
