复方丹参治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕30例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将2006年1月至2007年12月我科收治的60例椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组分别采用复方丹参和低分子右旋糖酐治疗,比较其临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:复方丹参治疗椎基底动脉缺血性眩晕的疗效好且安全。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fufangdancan on vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo. Methods:60 patients with vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo were divided into treatment group and control group from Jan 2006 to Dec 2007,and each group was 30 cases.The treatment group was treated by Fufangdancan and the control group was treated by Dextran 40.The clinical effect was compared.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The curative effect of Fufangdancan in treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo is remarkable and safety.
