摘　　要：目的评价多层螺旋CT三期扫描在肝肿瘤检查方法中的重要性及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法静脉一次注射造影剂后行螺旋CT三期扫描。每一时相扫描均在一次屏气中完成,观察肝肿瘤三期强化特征。结果多层螺旋CT三期扫描是一种检出率高、定性准、快捷、简便、经济的方法,特别是大范围的血管成像技术不但为临床提供大量宝贵的资料,同时也展示了自己简便、快捷、经济、无创的检查特点。结论多层螺旋CT三期扫描对肝肿瘤有明显鉴别诊断价值,尤其是肝动脉期和延迟期,应作为肝占位病灶常规扫描方法。Objective To appraisal the importance and the value of differential diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT about examination methods in three phases scanning of live tumor.Methods:To scan in the three phases of spiral-CT after singly injection of vein.Each scan for a while in one time holds one's breath,then observers the strengthened characteristics of liver tumor.Results:The three phases scanning of multi-slice spiral CT are one kind of high detection rate,accurate qualitation,quick,simple and the economical method,not only specially wide range's blood vessel image technology for clinical provides the massive precious formation,Simultaneously had also demonstrated oneself simple,quick,the economic,not-traumatic inspection characteristic.Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT of three phases scanning have the obvious differential diagnostic value to the tumor of liver,especially hepatic artery time and delay,should as focal hepatic lesion conventional scanning methods.
