湿润烧伤膏用于面部皮肤挫伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨对临床常见的面部皮肤挫伤创面采用湿润烧伤膏治疗效果与常规方法进行效果对比。方法:将114例因交通事故或意外而致面部215处皮肤挫伤患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组:清洁创面直接外涂湿润烧伤膏,污染严重者用生理盐水清洗创口,去除泥沙等污物后外涂湿润烧伤膏。对照组:创面常规处理,涂2%红汞或1%甲紫。结果:两组患者从治愈时间、有无伤口感染、瘢痕形成、色素沉着有显著差异。治疗组效果明显优于对照组。结论:湿润烧伤膏不仅用于烧、烫伤患者,亦可做为面部皮肤挫伤创面外用药,具有止痛效果好,创面愈合快,无感染及疤痕形成,颌面部无色素沉着,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。值得进一步推广使用。Objective:To explore the treating effect of MEBO on maxillofacial skin contusion and compare it with the regular methd.Methods:Divide 114 patients with maxillofacial skin contusion injured in accidents into two groups.The treating groups and the controlled group.To the treating group dual MEBO in the wound surface.For those contaminated seriously,first douche the wound with normal saline Daub MEBO qid.Never douche the wound with alcohol and etc.To the controlled group,treating the wound with regular method that is daub 2% merbromin or 1% methyl violet.Results:There are significant differences in cure time of wound infection, car occurring and pigmentation between the two groups.It is better to use MEBO.Conclusions:MEBO can not only be used in burn and scald patients.It can also be used in maxillofacial skin contusion.It can ease pain,facilitate wound healing,prevent infection and scar occurring and pigmentation.It has good social and economical effects and it is valuable to generalize it.
