摘　　要：采用RESiFe+SiCa复合变质剂对贝氏体+马氏体复相钢进行变质处理,考察复合变质剂对复相钢力学性能、淬透性和耐磨性的影响,结果表明:钢中加入适量含有RE的复合变质剂,能显著提高复相钢的冲击韧度、淬透性和耐磨性。A composite modifier consisting of RESiFe +SiCa was used to modify the duplex phase steel with bainite+martensite structure to investigate the influence of composite modifier on mechanical properties, hardenability and wear-resistance of the duplex-phase steel. The result showed that, by adding proper amount of composite modifier, it's possible to increase obviously the impact toughness, hardenability and wear-resistance.
