摘  要:采用SolidWorks三维造型软件设计了钢锭模初始的铸造工艺,利用华铸CAE进行充型过程和凝固过程模拟,分析可能产生铸造缺陷的位置及类型;对铸造工艺进行改进后,再次进行数值模拟计算,实现虚拟试铸。模拟结果表明,改进后的工艺预测能有效地防止夹渣冲砂、缩孔、缩松等缺陷。The primary casting method of the steel ingot mold was designed by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software, the mould filling process and solidification process simulation were conducted by using Huazhu CAE software, and on above basis, the possible locations and kinds of casting defects were analyzed. Then the casting method design was improved, and the numeral simulation was conducted again and the simulative pouring was carried. The simulation result showed that it’s forecast that it’s possible, by adopting the improved casting method, to prevent effectively the defects such as the sand inclusion, slag inclusion, shrinkage porosity and cavity , and so on.
