摘  要:合理的人才流动能使人才资源得到优化组合和合理配置。当前高校人才流动呈现出高层次人才流动频繁、隐性流失现象普遍等特点,高校间人才争夺导致人才管理失范,人才隐性流失控制难成为高校人力资源浪费不容忽视的隐患。为此,应从社会、高校管理者和个人等三个层面积极思考处理高校人才流动问题的对策:社会层面应健全人才流动机制,促进人才有序良性竞争;高校管理者层面应尊重人才流动规律,反思人才流动原因,做好人才稳定工作;个人层面应诚信守诺,提升职业道德素养。Reasonable talent flow can optimize and allocate resources of human talents appropriately.However,the flow of talents in colleges and universities at present has demonstrated such characteristics as frequent flow of senior talented-person and the widespread implicit brain-drain.The competition for talent enrollment between colleges and universities has caused confusion in talent management.The difficulty of detecting and controlling implicit brain-drain has become the hidden trouble that colleges and universities can not afford to neglect.Therefore,we should positively consider the countermeasures to deal with the problems from three levels of the society,the administrators and the individuals.A mechanism for the talent flow should be perfected at the society level to promote healthy competition in an orderly manner,The administrators in universities should respect the rule of the talent flow,reflect on the causes of it and work hard for the talent stability.The individuals should keep promises honestly and improve the quality of professional ethics.
