摘 要:目的:观察不同频率电针对老年大鼠不完全性脑缺血再灌注损伤后神经细胞干细胞因子(SCF)表达的影响。方法:以双侧颈总动脉夹闭法建立大鼠前脑不完全缺血再灌注模型,随机分为正常组、假手术组、缺血模型组,2Hz电针组和128Hz电针组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测各时段大鼠齿状回的SCF基因蛋白表达。结果:缺血再灌注后SCF表达增强,缺血再灌注7天时,齿状回SCF阳性神经元数显著增多(P<0.01),至14天时,SCF阳性神经元数仍高于正常对照组(P<0.05),以后渐恢复至正常水平。缺血再灌注后低频或高频电针均可使齿状回SCF阳性神经元数量增加(P<0.05),两者间无明显差异。结论:电针能促进SCF的表达,可能与脑卒中患者的康复有关。Objective:To observe the effects of different frequency electrotherapy on stem cell factor(SCF) expression in dentate gyrus of rats with incomplete cerebral ischemia reperfusion.Methods:To make model with incomplete cerebral ischemia reperfusion by blocking bilateral arteria carotis communis for 30 minutes.Rats were divided into normal,sham,model,2Hz and 128Hz electroacupuncture groups,each group was given correponding treatment,SCF expression in dentate gyrus of rats was examined by immunohistochemical technique after cerebral ischemia reperfusion 7,14 and 21 days.Results: SCF expression in dentate gyrus of rats increased after cerebral ischemia reperfusion,which got the highest after cerebral ischemia reperfusion 7 days,there was obviouly differentence between model and normal groups,which was higher than normal after cerebral ischemia reperfusion 14days,than which gradually decreased to normal level. The SCF expression in dentate gyrus of rats with low or high frequency electrotherapy both increased.Conclusion: Electrotherapy could enhance the SCF expression in dentate gyrus maybe one of the mechanism that promoting stroke to recover.
