益气养阴方对小鼠肝癌实验性转移的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴方对小鼠肝癌实验性转移(血道及淋巴道转移)的影响。方法:血道转移实验为小鼠经尾静脉接种H22肝癌细胞悬液,观察荷瘤小鼠的肺部转移瘤生长情况;淋巴道转移实验以腹水型肝癌H22瘤株在小鼠右下肢爪垫内侧皮下注射接种,观察小鼠实体瘤的瘤重量、抑瘤率、肺部转移率、淋巴结转移情况等指标的变化;同时观察各组小鼠免疫器官的变化。结果:益气养阴方组的肺部转移结节较模型组明显减少,并且可明显改善化疗对机体的免疫损伤。结论:益气养阴方对H22腹水型肝癌血道及淋巴道两种转移途径均有一定的抑制作用,并且增强机体的免疫功能。Objective:To observe the effect of yiqi yangyin prescription on experimental metastasis (haematogenous and lymphatic metastasis) of H22 hepatocarcinoma cells in miceMethods: The mice were intravenous injected H22 hepatocarcinoma cell suspension to buid the model of haematogenous metastasis,to observe the growth of lung metastatic carcinoma. The mice were subcutaneous injected H22 ascites hepatoma cell suspension to build the model of lymphatic metastasis,to observe the weight of solid carcinoma,inhibition rate of tumor,lung metastatic rate,lymphatic metastasis status and immune organs' changes,etc.Results: Yiqi yangyin prescription could obviously reduces the metastasis nodules of lung of mice ,significantly improve the immunologic injury caused by chemotherapy.Conclusion: Yiqi yangyin prescription can inhibit the haematogenous and lymphatic metastasis of H22 ascites hepatoma and enhance immunologic function.
