摘 要:目的:观察结肠康泰对结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜ITFmRNA及IGF-Ⅰ表达的影响,从肠上皮细胞增殖角度探讨结肠康泰的药效机制。方法:雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为4组,分别为正常对照、模型、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)及结肠康泰组,以5%2、4、6,三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)诱导大鼠形成结肠炎症,RT-PCR及免疫组化法观察ITFmRNA及IGF-Ⅰ的表达。结果:结肠康泰组大鼠结肠黏膜ITFmRNA表达明显增加,IGF-Ⅰ表达明显降低,与模型组比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:上调ITFmRNA表达及下调IGF-Ⅰ表达是结肠康泰修复结肠黏膜损伤的机制之一。Objective:To observe the effects of jichang kangtai on ITF mRNA and IGF-I expression in colonic mucosa of colitis rats,discuss its mechanism from intestinal epithelium cell proliferation.Methods: 60 female rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,normal,model,SASP and jiechang kangtai groups,model with colitis was induced by trinitrobenzene sulphonic acid ,each group was given corresponding medicines,ITFmRNA and IGF-I expression in colonic mucosa were determined by RT-PCR.Results: The ITFmRNA expression in jiechang kangtai group was obviously increased,IGF-I expression was obviously lowered,there was significantly between jiechang kangtai group and model group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Up-regulating ITFmRNA expresion and down-regulating IGF-I expression was one of the mechanism that jiechang kangtai repaired colonic mucosa.
