摘　　要：目的探讨CoaguChek XS国际标准化比值(international normalized ratio,INR)检测仪在临床上的应用。方法应用CoaguChek XS INR检测仪与ACL TOP凝血分析仪分别检测166例口服抗凝药患者的INR。比较CoaguChek XS INR检测仪与ACL TOP凝血分析仪检测口服抗凝药患者INR的相关性,偏倚及一致性。结果CoaguChek XS与ACL TOP检测患者的INR的相关性良好(r=0.9539,y=1.0748X-0.1452)。两种方法总体均值偏倚差值为-0.06,CoaguChek XS比ACL TOP检测值略高。在INR>3.51时,CoaguChek XS比ACLTOP检测结果明显偏高,两种方法的检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在INR<3.50时两种方法的检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CoaguChek XS INR检测仪能够满足口服抗凝药患者的INR监测。Objectives To evaluate the clinical application of the CoaguChek XS system. Methods International normalized ratio ( INR) of 166 patients received oral anticoagulant therapy were measured by the CoaguChek XS system and the ACL TOP system simultaneously. The relationship, bias and consistency of the INR results tested by the CoaguChek XS system and the ACL TOP system were analyzed. Results Correlation analysis indicated that there was a significant correlation of INR tested by the CoaguChek XS system with those by the ACL TOP system (r=0.9539, y=1.0748X-0.1452). The mean bias of the two methods was -0.06 and the INR measured by the CoaguChek XS system were slightly higher than those tested by the ACL TOP system. When INR >3.51, the INR results measured by the CoaguChek XS system were significantly higher than those tested by the ACL TOP system (P<0.05). When INR<3.50, there was no difference in the INR results measured by the two methods (P>0.05). Conclusions The CoaguChek XS system could be used to monitor the INR in the patients received oral anticoagulant therapy.
