从气血论治糖尿病周围神经病变发生与治疗

摘　　要：糖尿病日久,以气阴两虚为基础,渐生瘀血、气血不足,肌肤筋骨失养而发生肢体麻木等糖尿病周围神经病变表现,临床应用黄芪桂枝五物汤、补阳还五汤益气养阴、养血活血治疗取得了良好的效果。Diabetes Mellitus with the passing of time, To deficiency of both the vital energy and yin as the basis, Gradually generate blood, insufficiency of the vital energy and blood, Skin and bones malnutrition Occurrence of limb numbness performance of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, Clinical application of Huangqi Cuizhi Wuwu Decoction, Buyanghuanwu Decoction supplement qi and nourish yin, nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation Treatment achieved good results.
