摘　　要：[观察]中药内服外治配合针灸理疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。[方法]将符合诊断标准的膝关节骨性关节炎患者140例随机分成治疗组和对照组各70例。[结果]治疗组总有效率为94.2%,对照组总有效率为80%,治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。[结论]中药内服外治配合针灸理疗治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效可靠,不失为一种好的治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的方法。[ Observation ] Internal medicine with acupuncture and physical therapy outside the governance of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical effect. [ Methods ] Would be consistent with the diagnostic criteria in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into 140 cases of the treatment group and 70 cases of control group. [Results]The total effective rate was 94. 2% ,control group,the total effective rate was 80% ,the clinical effect of treatment group was superior to the control group. [ Conclusion] The oral administration of Chinese medicine with acupuncture and physical therapy outside the governance of the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee and reliable effect is, after all, a good treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee method.
