论社会利益集团的发展和党内利益集团的遏制

摘　　要：社会利益集团的发展是中国特色社会主义事业的内生现象,具有历史必然性。但利益集团不能出现在党内,因为党内利益集团会改变党的性质、损害党的团结与统一、动摇党的执政地位,危害甚大。因此,要深刻认识党内利益集团的危害性及对其遏制的迫切性;深化改革,营造遏制党内利益集团滋生的环境;从严治党,坚决把党内利益集团扼杀在萌芽状态。The formation and development of the social interest group is inner-phenomena of the Chinese characteristic socialism,which has the historical inevitability.Yet,it shouldn't occur in the inner-Party because it will change the Party's quality,damage its unity and unification,and shake its executive position.So,we should profoundly recognize the damage of the inner-Party's interest group and its urgency,and deepen the reform to damage the breeding circumstances of the inner-Party's interest group,and to strangle it in the bud firmly by administering the Party strictly.
