兰州市城中村居民对城中村改造的心态调查——以安宁区三个社区为例

摘　　要：城中村应当是最容易实现城市化的地带,因为城中村能够直接感知城市文明。城中村居民的市场意识、民主法治意识、城市生活意识比较强;从现实看,城中村又是城市化过程中矛盾最集中、对城市化反应最激烈的一个地带。兰州市安宁区城中村三个社区居民对城中村改造的心态各异,但在经济、政治、文化等方面的心态有很多共性。因此,对城中村的改造要针对不同心态,实现"一村一案";针对消极心态,将"心态"和"形态"的改造结合起来。'Villages inside the city' should be the areas to easily achieve urbanization,because they can be directly perceived urban civilization.The inhabitants there have stronger awareness of market economy,democracy,rule of law and the sense of city life.But in reality,the most concentrated contradictions and the strongest reaction display there during the process of urbanization.The inhabitants in the three communities have different mentality to city transformation,but they have lots of common factors on economy,politics,culture,etc.The paper proposes that we should have a program to every village to different mentality and take measures which should combine the 'mentality' and 'shape' in terms of the negative factors.
