摘  要:选用120头体质健康的三元杂交(杜×长×大)生长猪,平均体重为(34.7±5.1)kg,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头。试验结果表明:①400U/kg的植酸酶替代50%的磷酸氢钙组(试验1组)对生产性能的改善效果最佳,可使日增重提高15.6%,料重比改善11.3%;其次为600U/kg的植酸酶替代75%的磷酸氢钙组(试验4组)。②植酸酶替代磷酸氢钙对猪粗蛋白质、能量及氨基酸消化率影响不大。③所有的植酸酶组均明显提高了磷的消化率。试验1组与对照组相比使干物质消化率提高了5.86%,粗灰分、钙及磷的消化率亦分别提高了13.9%、13.8%和20.1%。120 healthy three-way crossed growing-finishing pigs with a body weight of 34.7±5.1 kg were selected and divided into 5 groups, each with 4 duplications, and each duplication had 6 pigs. The result showed that: A. Group (2) had the best improvement in the production performance of growing-finishing pigs, increasing the daily gain and ratio of feed to weight by 15.6% and 11.3% respectively, the next was group (5). (B) Using phytase as a substitute for calcium phosphate secondary had little effect on the digestibility of crude protein, energy and amino acids; (C) All the groups with an addition of phytase in diet had an increase in the digestibility of phosphor. Compared with the control group, group (2) had an increase in the digestibility of dry matter, and there was also an increase of 13.9%, 13.8% and 20.1% in crude ash, calcium and phosphor respectively.
