家禽饲粮电解质平衡的研究与应用

摘　　要：概述了动物饲粮中的电解质平衡原理及其计算方法,国内外有关饲粮电解质平衡对营养物质的吸收和代谢、家禽体内的酸碱平衡、肉鸡生长和蛋鸡产蛋性能以及家禽产品质量的影响,饲粮电解质平衡与家禽代谢性疾病、抗热应激等方面的关系;介绍了家禽生产实践中饲粮电解质平衡的重要性及电解质平衡值的适宜范围。This paper gives a brief account of the principle and calculation method of the balance of animal dietary electrolytes, discusses the studies at home and abroad about the effect of the balance of dietary electrolytes on nutrients absorption and metabolism, the in vivo pH balance of poultry and the quality of poultry products, reviews some information about the relation of dietary electrolytes balance with the metabolic diseases and anti-heat stress of poultry etc, and also presents the importance of dietary electrolyte balance in poultry production practice and the proper range of the balanced value.
