摘　　要：全球价值链能够促进嵌入企业的技术进步。通过对其嵌入企业技术开发博弈的比较分析,表明生产者、采购者驱动型全球价值链的推动力存在差异:前者动力充足,推动效果较为明显;后者动力不充分,推动效果不显著。推动力、推动效果的差异主要源于两类全球价值链本身特征的差异。Global value chain can promote technical progress of the embedded-enterprises.By comparing the technical development game among the embedded-enterprises,we can see that the force and promotion effect of the producer-driven GVC and buyer-driven GVC are different.The former is more obvious while the latter is not very prominent.The difference comes from the intrinsic characteristics of these two kinds of GVC.
