摘  要:介绍了白银有色三冶170 kt/a铅锌烧结烟气制酸装置技术改造情况。净化工序采用一级动力波洗涤器—气体冷却塔—两级玻璃钢电除雾器工艺流程,转化工序采用ⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ"3+1"两次转化换热流程,干吸工序采用低位高效干吸塔、三塔三槽配置。通过采用大蓄热量转化器和高效气体换热器、提高催化剂装填定额、加强转化器及管道保温、用电炉补热等措施,保证了该硫酸装置的正常运行。设计进转化器气体(?)(SO_2)4.82%,转化率大于99.5%,吸收率大于99.95%,尾气ρ(SO_2)≤740 mg/m^3,硫酸产量510 t/d。Technical revamping of a 170 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on lead and zinc sintering off-gases in No.3 Smelter of Baiyin Nonferrous Metals is described.The plant adopted a cleaning section consisting of onestage DynaWave scrubber,packed cooling tower and two-stage wet electrostatic precipitators,aⅣⅠ-ⅢⅡ'3+1'double conversion section and a drying and absorption section with low-position and high-efficiency drying and absorption towers in three towers-three tanks configuration.By using converter with high thermal storage ability and high efficiency gas-gas heat exchanger,increasing catalyst loading rate,strengthening insulation of converter and pipe and installing electric furnace for heat supplement,sulphuric acid plant operated smoothly.The plant was designed to operate with SO_2 concertration of converter inlet at 4.82%,conversion efficiency over 99.5%,absorption efficiency over 99.95%,tail gas SO_2 concertration lower than 740 mg/m^3 and sulphuric acid output of 510 t/d.
