耳内镜下鼓膜修补术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察耳内镜下行鼓膜修补术的临床治疗效果。方法:对37例37耳鼓膜穿孔患者,在耳内窥镜下行鼓膜修补术,术后随访3个月,并复查鼓膜修复、听力变化及并发症等情况。结果:治愈34耳(91.9%),2例因移植物皱缩留有小缝隙;1例术后因感冒致中耳感染,移植物脱落。结论:耳内窥镜下鼓膜修补术具有手术简便、创伤小、疗效好、分辨率高、图像清晰等优点,是治疗鼓膜穿孔有效的方法。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of the myringoplasties by otoendoseopy.Methods:Myringoplasties by otoendoseopy were applied 37 cases of the tympanum perforation, were followed - up period of 3 months, the repair of the tympanum perforation, the change of audition and syndrome were counterchecked.Results: Among 37 cases of the tympanum perforation, 34 cases were cured.Care rate was 91.9% .2 cases had small cranny becaused of the crimpled of implant.The implant of 1 case fell off because of eardrum infection caused by cold.Conclusions: myringoplasties by otoendoseopy is a easy, micro invasion, good curative effect, well distinguish and clear image. It is effective to the tympanum perforation.
