摘 要:以Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O和Co(NO_3)_2·7C_6H_(13)OH为前驱体,采用热分解法制得Co/SiO_2催化剂,通过BET、TEM、HRTEM、XPS和TPR等手段进行表征,并对F-T合成反应性能进行了评价。结果表明,浸渍法制备的Co_3O_4颗粒团聚严重,而热分解法制备的Co_3O_4颗粒呈球形,单分散状态。与浸渍法制备的催化剂相比,热分解法制备的催化剂孔容较小,表面钴硅原子比较高,钴硅相互作用较强。评价结果表明,热分解法制备的催化剂反应活性低于浸渍法制备的催化剂,但汽油(C_5~C_(11))选择性高,且选择性在前驱体去结晶水后有所增大。Co-based catalyst was prepared by thermal decomposition from Co ( NO_3)_2·6H_2O or Co(NO_3)_2 · 7C_6H_(13)OH,characterized by BET,TEM,HRTEM,XPS and TPR and then investigated for Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) synthesis reaction.The results showed that the Co_3O_4 particles prepared by conventional impregnation tended to aggregate,while those prepared by thermal decomposition were spherical and monodispersed,with smaller pore volume.higher fraction of surface atoms and stronger interaction between cobalt and SiO_2 than those prepared by impregnation.As a result,the catalysts prepared by thermal decomposition exhibited lower activity but higher selectivity to gasoline (C_5-C_(11)) than those prepared by impregnation.The selectivity was further enhanced after removing crystal water from the Co (NO_3)_2 · 6H_2O precursor.
