公民政治:多民族国家政治和谐的基石——以少数民族地区为例

摘　　要：目前,我国正处在前所未有的剧烈的社会变革时期,如果国内各民族的矛盾和冲突得到协调,国家就可以通过内部有序的公民政治认同和文化认同来增强民族凝聚力和向心力,维护现有的政治体系的秩序;反之,若国内各民族矛盾或冲突激化,公民政治参与冷漠或膨胀,就会演化为公开的政治冲突和分裂活动。因此,公民政治的主体和有序的公民政治参与是多民族国家政治和谐的根基。At present,our country is in a stage of unprecedented exquisite social reformation.For a multi-national country,if the inconsistencies and conflicts among different ethnic groups are harmonized properly,the country can enhance national cohesion and centripetal force through orderly political and cultural identity and of citizens to maintain the order of existing political system,whereas,if the inconsistencies and conflicts among different ethnic groups are intensified and citizens are too listless or radical to participate politics,public political conflict and splitting activities will occur.So the main body of citizen politics and citizens' orderly participation of politics is the groundwork of political harmony in a multi-national country.The article probes into the way to integrate the economical,political and cultural resources of a multi-national country so as to form the interaction between citizen politics in social reformation phase and political harmony and stability in a multi-national country,and create a very accordant political identity.
