摘　　要：女性作为一个社会群体,应该不只具有性别归位,而应有多重的社会定位。文章通过对社会转型、女性社会化、塔吉克研究、女性民族志等方面的理论回顾,并强调了生活史、口述史和自传体等方法对进行女性民族志研究的重要性。作者从家庭与社会、学校教育与政治参与、访谈与问卷等视角考察了新疆传统、现代、当代塔吉克女性社会化的程度,对其变迁的原因进行文化上的分析并给出政策方面的建议。The article reviews some theoretical issues such as social transformation,socialization of women,Tajik study and female ethnography,ete,and stresses the importance of the study of life history,oral history and autobiography to female ethnography study.The author discusses the socialization of traditional, modern and today's Tajik women in Xinjiang from perspectives of family and society,schooling and political participation,interview and questionnaire respectively,makes cultural analysis on the cause of the changes in women's socialization and gives some policy suggestions.
