感染性休克患儿淋巴细胞CD11b表达相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨感染性休克患儿淋巴细胞(LT)表面CDllb表达的变化及意义。方法:用流式细胞仪检测感染性休克(观察组)患儿33例淋巴细胞CDllb,并与对照组33例和正常组33例进行比较。结果:观察组急性期淋巴细胞CDllb表达为(13.26±4.15)%,与对照组(20.11±4.21)%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和正常组(13.22±5.32)%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。恢复期淋巴细胞CDllb表达为(13.42±3.35)%,与对照组(13.92±3.42)%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞CDllb表达水平在感染性休克的演变过程中起到一定的作用,可预测感染性休克患儿病情的发展趋势。Objective:To explore significance on expression of lymphocytes CDllb in septic shock in children.Methods:Expression of lymphocytes CDllb were measured with flow cytometry in 33 cases with pediatric septic shock(observing group),compared with 33 cases of controlling group and 33 cases of normal group.Results:In the acute phase,expression of lymphocytes CDllb in observing group was(13.26±4.15)%,it is lower than that of the controlling group(20.11±4.21)% and there is statistics significance in the difference(P<0.05).There is no statistics significance in the difference between the normal group(13.22±5.32)%and the observing group(P>0.05).There is no statistics significance in the difference(P>0.05)between the observing group(13.42±3.35)% and the controlling group(13.92±3.42)% on the expression of lymphocytes CDllb in the recovery phase.Conclusions:The expression level of lymphocytes CDllb may be importmant during the development of septic shock and reflect the prognosis of it.
