摘  要:目的通过观察雄激素致无排卵大鼠血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素的情况,研究胆红素与无排卵性疾病的关系。方法采用9d龄SD雌性大鼠颈背部皮下注射雄激素的方法制造无排卵模型,以正常大鼠为对照。观察动情前2组大鼠胆红素含量的变化。结果无排卵大鼠血清总胆红素、间接胆红素水平明显低于正常组。结论血清总胆红素、间接胆红素水平降低可能与无排卵的发生有关。Objective To observe the serum total bilirubin(Tbil),direct bilirubin(Dbil) and indirect bilirubin(Ibil) in androgen induced sterile rats(ASR),study the relationship between the serum bilirubin and anovular diseases.Methods The anovular model were established by subcutaneous injection of testosterone propionate to SD female rats of 9-day-old,making the normal rats as control.Euthanized at the preoestrus after being fed freely for 3~4 months, observed and compared the changes of serum Tbil,Dbil and Ibil.Results The level of serum Tbil and Ibil were lower than that in normal group.Conclusion The level of serum Tbil and Ibil may associate with the development of anovular diseases.
