摘　　要：目的探讨司法精神医学鉴定凶杀案例的特点。方法对5年期间司法精神医学鉴定中148例凶杀案例资料进行回顾性分析。结果被鉴定人以男性、青壮年和农民占多数。各种精神疾病占87.84%,精神分裂症占76.74%,精神发育迟滞占8.53%,抑郁症占3.87%,分裂样精神病3.10%,其他精神疾病占7.75%。案发前未接受治疗的占95.35%。凶杀致人死亡的125例,占84.46%。有完全责任能力占16.22%,限制责任能力占13.51%,无责任能力占70.27%。结论精神分裂症、精神发育迟滞是重点防范的精神疾病,及时治疗各种精神疾病,加强对精神疾病患者的管理,是防范凶杀行为的重要措施。Objective To investigate the feature of homicide cases in forensic psychiatric appraisal.Methods 148 cases of homicide by forensic psychiatric expertise in 5 consecutive years were analyzed in retrospect.Results Most of people appraised were male,young,and farmers by occupation.Among those people,87.84% were mental disorders,Schizophrenia accounting for 76.74%,mental retardation for 8.53%,depression for 3.87%,schizophreniform psychosis for 3.1% and other mental disorders for 7.75%.95.35% cases were not treated before homicide.Homicide caused 125 deaths,accounting for 84.46%.Those with ability for full responsibility accounted for 16.22%,ability for limited responsibility for 13.51%,and no ability for responsibility for 70.27%.Conclusion The main mental diseases are schizophreniform and mental retardation should be carried out.Treatment for various mental disorders in time and strengthening management of psychotic to prevent homicide behavior.
